Fairview House

An off-grid house in a rural setting with fantastic valley and mountain views. Sounds nice, doesn’t it? The owner is planning to build the house and requested a simple approach without a lot of complexity. The living space is oriented to the rear of the house which faces north and provides panoramic views of the valley below. An open plan will connect there to a large deck covered with a pergola. Construction will likely begin in fall of 2024 and wrap up summer of 2025.
