Herbert Remodel

The owners wanted an additional bathroom and a mudroom to handle the day to day for a family of five. Space was taken out of a large entry foyer to create the bathroom on one side (connected to the primary bedroom) and a mudroom on the other side of the wall. The new entry is functional and suits this family’s needs much more efficiently. The bathroom adds tons of value to this 100+ year old home and was a godsend during Covid.
